You can only get breakdown cover in the country you reside in and they will have cover for all of Europe. However, you don’t say where you live, so that fact makes it difficult to know which company you need. You won’t get a single trip. It’s normal to have a yearly cover. Mine comes free with my car insurance. I live in Spain.
