Has anyone used any of the benefits, I’ve had it for over 2 years and never used it once, only just learned I’m covered by green flag for breakdown? have you used any of the services?

Rather than look after there regular customers!
EG I buy my car breakdown cover from AA by annual direct debit
I got a letter of the reminder in the post and it told me this years cost would be £50.50 (that is for rock bottom road-side assistants only)
You can go on the AA website and buy THE SAME COVER for £29, But it is for NEW CUSTOMERS ONLY.
I have told them where to go and bought this years cover off green-flag.

To a company, i.e green flag breakdown cover, do you have to send the full statement?? The transaction for them is second from bottom on the last page, which doesn’t show my address. Can i blank out my balances, moneys in and out and other information that’s not really any of there business. They cant find a reference for my payment on there damn systems and are requesting my bank statement as proof…..any ideas please….
